Job summary

Environment Agency is seeking a proactive stakeholder engagement professional for a national role. You will set engagement standards with suppliers, define and manage risks, and assure performance across the Flood Investment Programme.

Qualifications

• Understanding how to influence and lead discussions for stakeholder management and early engagement
• Ability to evaluate engagement data to improve efficiency and quality
• Spotting risks and opportunities and communicating mitigations to leaders

Responsibilities

• Set engagement standards and expectations for suppliers
• Define, report and manage engagement risk
• Assure engagement compliance and performance across the Flood Investment Programme
• Encourage consistency by developing and embedding engagement guidance and tools
• Facilitate collaboration and engagement networks – share best practice
• Build relationships and provide a link between delivery teams, suppliers and leadership with data and insights
