Job summary

Pathways LDN ltd in Uxbridge, Middlesex is seeking an Employer Relationship Manager (ERM) to engage with employers, secure vacancies and match client needs with opportunities in apprenticeships and placements.

Reporting to the Learning and Skills lead, you will build trusted partnerships with local employers, promote PWL services, and ensure high levels of service, job sustainability and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience of employer engagement, marketing and selling in a recruitment or service environment.
• Proven ability to build and maintain business relationships with internal and external customers.
• History of meeting and exceeding targets.
• Knowledge of local labour market and employment trends.
• Proven sales and selling capability with high-quality delivery.
• Strong time management and planning skills.
• Knowledge of government funded programmes.

Responsibilities

• Engage employers to secure job opportunities and create new vacancies for clients.
• Promote PWL services to employers, schools, partners and potential clients.
• Work with employers to sustain long-term recruitment and business support needs.
• Develop knowledge of local labour market trends and PWL product development input.
• Maintain accurate employer/placement files and ensure timely paperwork.
• Collaborate with colleagues to identify suitable customers and placements.
