This role includes overseeing complex ER cases, collaborating with HR, and ensuring compliance with employment legislation. The ideal candidate must have significant experience in ER functions, preferably in financial services, and a strong understanding of UK and Irish employment law.

Qualifications

• Proven experience working at a senior level in a fast paced ER function, preferably in financial services.
• Proven success in collaborating and negotiating with consultation bodies.
• Experience navigating a global organization and matrix structures.

Responsibilities

• Provide advice on ER issues including disciplinary, grievance, and performance matters.
• Manage complex ER cases and ensure compliance with employment legislation.
• Collaborate with HR and support training on ER topics.
