• Extensive experience in strategic leadership of education planning and commissioning.
• Proven ability to lead complex statutory admissions and coordinating services.
• Strong stakeholder engagement with schools, planners, developers and government bodies.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership across school place planning, admissions, transport and entitlement programmes.
• Lead the delivery of education capital investment and oversight of capital projects.
• Ensure compliant, fair access to school places and efficient application coordination for families.
• Oversee planning implications, developer contributions and Section 106/CIL processes.
• Develop high-performing teams, manage significant budgets and advise senior officers.
