Responsibilities

  • Coordinate Board and Committee meetings, prepare agendas and minutes.
  • Provide exceptional diary and inbox management for the CEO.
  • Oversee front-of-house operations and visitor experience.
  • Draft internal communications and support engagement initiatives.
  • Build trusted relationships with senior leaders and partners.
  • Drive cross-functional projects and maintain executive rhythms.
