Job summary

Spring North in Blackburn is seeking a senior leader to head integrated children and family services. The role provides strategic and operational leadership for EHWP+ and the development of a high‑quality portfolio, guiding teams, improving outcomes and ensuring safeguarding and professional standards across services.

The postholder works with the CEO and Senior Leadership Team, shaping service design, partnerships and sustainable opportunities to extend Spring North’s impact.

Responsibilities

• Strategic leadership of the children & family services portfolio.
• Lead EHWP+ programme delivery with focus on access, outcomes and contract alignment.
• Safeguarding governance, staff training and professional practice oversight.
