Zenith UK is hiring a Digital Planning Director to shape digital planning that turns audience insight into meaningful client impact. You will bring strategic thinking, curiosity and clarity to complex media challenges, connecting digital opportunities with strong planning fundamentals to deliver integrated plans.

You will lead cross-disciplinary teams, translate strategy into actionable briefs, and guide delivery from concept to client-ready recommendations.

Formación

• Strong digital media planning knowledge and the ability to apply it to varied client challenges.
• Strategic thinking, with an ability to connect audience insight, media choices and desired outcomes.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the development of digital planning approaches that connect client objectives, audience insight and media opportunities.
• Turn complex briefs and information into clear strategies and actionable plans.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen digital thinking across integrated media planning.
• Collaborate with specialist and wider agency teams to bring different perspectives together around a shared strategy.
• Guide planning from initial thinking through to delivery, keeping the work focused on intended outcomes.
• Communicate recommendations clearly, building understanding and confidence with clients and colleagues.
• Contribute to the evolution of Zenith’s digital planning craft, sharing knowledge and encouraging fresh thinking across the team.
