Job summary

AWTG Ltd is seeking a Project Delivery Manager to oversee the delivery of complex digital, data and technology programmes across multidisciplinary teams in the Greater London area. You will coordinate multiple workstreams, manage dependencies and risks, and ensure high‑risk work is planned and communicated effectively.

Qualifications

• Significant experience managing complex digital, data or technology programmes with multiple teams.
• Expert understanding of Agile and Lean practices and tailoring delivery approaches across life cycle.
• Strong financial management experience including budgets and supplier relationships.
• Ability to communicate complex or high‑risk topics clearly to senior stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage risks, dependencies and blockers while maintaining momentum.
• Experience coaching delivery managers and improving delivery processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee complex programmes made up of multiple products or workstreams, coordinating delivery across teams.
• Manage dependencies, risks, blockers, budgets and resource priorities across the programme.
• Maintain delivery momentum by planning beyond individual deliveries and aligning cross‑team plans.
• Act as escalation point for programme delivery issues including stakeholder and commercial challenges.
• Balance competing objectives and redeploy people/resources as priorities shift.
• Translate programme vision into workable plans, governance, reporting and outcomes.
• Coach delivery managers and promote Prince 2, Agile and Lean practices.
