Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Digital Advisory Consultant focused on data strategy. You will deliver data and digital transformation engagements, develop roadmaps, and support growth through proposals and client workshops.

The role requires strong analytics, stakeholder engagement, and ability to guide cross-functional teams across projects. You will work within the Digital Advisory team, travel up to 2-3 days per week, and contribute to knowledge sharing, playbooks, and service

Qualifications

Excellent communication skills with ability to engage across client environments.
Strong numerical capability and analytical mindset for data-enabled transformation.
Experience delivering data strategy, digital strategy and Advisory engagements.
Familiarity with Agile and/or Waterfall delivery methods.

Responsibilities

Deliver data strategy and digital advisory engagements with clients and multidisciplinary teams.
Develop data and digital roadmaps aligned with client objectives.
Support business growth through bid writing and proposal development.
Lead workshops and identify opportunities for process improvement.
Collaborate across the Digital Advisory practice and wider Turner & Townsend teams.
