Job summary

Visa Consulting and Analytics (VCA) is Visa's consulting arm, delivering strategy, analytics and execution support for network clients. We seek a Business Analyst Consultant to assess technical and business needs, analyze data trends and help deploy Visa solutions to drive revenue.

This hybrid role involves working with clients and Visa product teams to translate insights into actionable recommendations and practical product enhancements. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

Proven experience in business analyst roles.
Expert in Agile delivery methods and associated software (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
Background in payment, retail banking, or retail merchant industries.
Flexible approach to working with clients and delivery ownership.
Ability to tailor analysis and recommendations to audience seniority and proficiency.
Strong consultative skills and stakeholder management.
Analytical with profitability awareness and ability to translate data into actions.
Clear storytelling to link evidence to strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

Champion data analytics to address client challenges.
Identify trends to guide data product development and services.
Work with product and design teams to define opportunities for improvements.
Develop profitability assessments and support business cases.
Design and execute data-driven, financially viable testing for go-to-market strategy.
Assist in defining product enhancements, requirements and features.
Collaborate with Visa product teams to implement solutions at clients.
Provide Thought Leadership in business analysis techniques.
