Job summary

A leading UK cybersecurity consultancy is seeking an experienced Account Director to manage a portfolio of clients and drive growth through upselling and renewals. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in account management within cybersecurity or tech consulting, possess excellent relationship management skills, and have knowledge of Pen Testing and InfoSec services. This remote-first role will require occasional travel for client meetings.

Qualifications

  • Strong experience in account management or client success in cybersecurity or tech consulting.
  • A commercial mindset with a track record of growing key accounts.
  • Knowledge of Pen Testing, SOC, or InfoSec services is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Managing a portfolio of existing clients across multiple sectors.
  • Driving revenue growth through upsell, cross-sell, and renewals.
  • Acting as a trusted advisor – translating client needs into tailored solutions.
  • Collaborating with technical teams to ensure delivery excellence.
  • Reporting on pipeline, forecasts, and performance.
