Job summary

Ebeni is seeking a Capability Lead – Cyber Security to shape and grow its cyber capability. You will lead technical delivery, assist business development and drive client-facing engagements across multiple sectors.

The role requires strong consultancy background, people development focus and experience with governance, risk and compliance frameworks. Hybrid work with occasional travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering complex cyber security consultancy engagements.
• Developing and improving cyber security services, methodologies and standards.
• Technical leadership of cyber security teams and multidisciplinary environments.
• Support business development via bids, proposals and customer engagement.
• Knowledge of recognised industry frameworks and standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the strategy for Ebeni's cyber capability with BU leads.
• Provide technical leadership across service offerings and delivery standards.
• Ensure quality and consistency of cyber security project delivery.
• Mentor cyber consultants and support career development.
• Lead complex engagements as a trusted technical authority.
• Support bid activity, client engagement and opportunity shaping.
• Represent Ebeni at client meetings and industry events.
• Drive growth and expand into new markets and sectors.
• Lead governance for ACSC accreditation and ongoing compliance.
