A leading utility company based in Coventry is seeking a Strategic Customer Insight Analyst to lead market research initiatives and support key business decisions. In this role, you will design and deliver research projects, manage both quantitative and qualitative studies, and provide actionable insights to various teams. Candidates should have a strong knowledge of research methodologies, excellent writing skills, and experience in a market research role. This position offers an annual salary of £40,000 - £43,800 and a range of attractive benefits including a performance bonus and training opportunities.

As a Strategic Customer Insight Analyst,you’ll help deliver a continuous programme of high-quality market research that informs critical business decisions. Your work will span ongoing research, bespoke projects for business plans, and ad hoc studies for other departments. Key responsibilities include:
You’ll be based at our Severn Trent Centre in Coventry. With this being such a critical role, we’re looking for someone who can join us 37 hours a week.
