Job summary

The Sheffield College is seeking an experienced leader to drive the Technical/Skills curriculum across a programme area. You will lead a programme, delivering change and designing curricula to improve outcomes and destinations for students.

A strong teaching track record is essential, with experience in similar environments and a proven ability to enable staff to achieve their best performance.

Qualifications

Experience of leading Technical/Skills curriculum for a programme or curriculum area.
Led a programme and achieved improvements in growth and outcomes, achieving targets.
Experience of delivering change within a programme or curriculum.
Curriculum design to improve outcomes/destinations.
Strong track record as a teacher.
Experience working in similar environments with similar systems and processes.
Strong record of enabling staff to achieve their best performance.

Responsibilities

Lead the technical/skills curriculum across a defined programme area.
Drive growth, monitor outcomes and achieve targets.
Deliver change within the curriculum and programme boundaries.
Design and refine curriculum to improve destinations and outcomes.
Uphold high teaching standards and support staff development.
