Dexory, Wallingford, UK, is redefining warehouse automation through AI, robotics and real-time data. We seek an experienced Customer Success Manager to onboard customers, drive adoption of DexoryView, and achieve measurable ROI across the UK and Europe.

You will manage key client portfolios, lead renewals and expansions, deliver training and workshops, and collaborate with Sales, Product and Engineering to ensure successful outcomes across organisations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Customer Success, Solutions Engineer, or Commercial post-sales role.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of renewals and expansions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for diverse stakeholders.
• Experience delivering onboarding, training and workshops.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer onboarding and act as primary contact for value-driven implementation.
• Develop trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels and align DexoryView capabilities.
• Deliver training and workshops onsite and virtual to ensure platform adoption.
• Create and manage Success Plans with KPIs and milestones.
• Monitor account health using usage data and feedback to drive retention.
• Own renewals and upsell opportunities and advocate for new features.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product and Engineering to represent the customer voice.
• Gather feedback to inform product development and enablement strategies.
