• Proven track record in commercial purchasing and crop input sales within the agricultural sector.
• In-depth understanding of UK cropping systems and agronomic challenges.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust-based relationships.
• Effective organizational and time-management skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Competent in relevant IT systems, including CRM and agronomy software.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop the company's portfolio of crop production inputs and services.
• Deliver tailored advice on crop nutrition, crop protection, seed selection and cultivation practices.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure product availability and high standards of customer service.
• Ensure all customer records comply with regulatory standards and company protocols.
• Monitor and report on market dynamics and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions.
