Qualifications

• Credit control and accounting experience, preferably in a SSC environment.
• Proven track record of improving processes and developing ERP systems.
• Strong stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile customer disputes regarding outstanding payments.
• Perform and manage credit control effectively.
• Ensure timely and accurate distribution of sales invoices.
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
• Forecast and manage cash receipts proactively.
