MIGSO-PCUBED is seeking a Programme Cost Controller for its London operations, with on-site work 3–4 days a week and collaboration with teams in Cambridge. The role focuses on maintaining financial discipline, monitoring budgets and driving cost efficiency across capital projects.

You will lead a cost control team, produce dashboards and work with management to identify savings and risks, while partnering with procurement, engineering and finance to ensure transparent contracting and reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience in cost control, financial analysis or project controls with leadership.
• Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business; professional qualifications are a plus.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting on capital projects.
• Familiarity with SAP, Oracle or similar systems and advanced Excel.
• Ability to explain financial concepts clearly to non-finance stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Lead the cost control plan and processes, monitoring budgets, spend and forecasts against financial targets.
• Identify savings opportunities, risks and variances, and recommend corrective action.
• Produce cost reports and dashboards for leadership with cost trend analysis.
• Work with project management, engineering, procurement and finance teams; advise senior leadership.
• Manage vendor and contractor relationships to keep costs transparent and contracts honoured.
• Lead and mentor a team of cost controllers and improve cost control systems and tools.
