Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience for Assistant Manager or 4 years for Manager.
• Strong technical knowledge across key corporate tax areas.
• Ability to mentor and develop junior team members.

Responsibilities

• Deliver corporate tax advisory projects including compliance and structuring.
• Manage corporate and shareholder restructurings.
