Job Overview

We're seeking a Strategy Consultant to join a life sciences strategy team. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical, research, and presentation skills to support strategic projects across the pharmaceutical sector.

This role involves strategic problem-solving, market research (primary & secondary), data analysis, and the creation of client-ready deliverables. Experience in market access is a strong plus, while backgrounds in health economics or evidence generation are not required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support and contribute to client strategy projects within the pharmaceutical and life sciences industries.
  • Conduct primary and secondary research, analyze findings, and synthesize insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Develop and design client presentations, reports, and workshop materials.
  • Contribute to strategic planning, identifying business opportunities and solutions.
  • Manage day-to-day project activities under guidance from senior consultants or project leads.
  • Perform quantitative and qualitative analyses to support recommendations and business cases.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful, data-driven outcomes.
  • Support business development activities, including proposals and client pitches.

  • Master's degree required.
  • Around 4 years of experience in strategy consulting, ideally within life sciences, healthcare, or related industries.
  • Strong strategic thinking, data analysis, and problem-solving skills.
