Qualifications

• 8+ years of compliance experience across regulatory programs.
• Deep knowledge of ESMA and FCA regulations applicable to consumer reporting.
• Experience building trust and influencing across diverse partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high performing compliance team and foster a strong compliance culture.
• Partner with senior management to guide strategic product developments within regulatory standards.
• Oversee compliance reporting quality and timely delivery to executives and regulators.
• Engage regulators and manage regulatory relationships across the Group.
• Continuously improve the compliance framework to stay ahead of obligations.
• Coordinate with Internal Audit and Group Risk Management on risk controls.
