Everything Managed Group Ltd is seeking a Compliance Officer to join Newcastle City Centre. This role blends legal training with commercial strategy, reporting to senior leadership and serving as Data Protection Officer.

You will lead regulatory and contractual compliance, manage data privacy, and support ISO governance while collaborating across departments to embed a culture of risk awareness.

Qualifications

• Regulatory and contractual compliance knowledge.
• Understanding of UK GDPR and data protection.
• Experience in compliance, risk, or governance roles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide regulatory and contractual guidance to the business.
• Interpret UK GDPR and apply it commercially.
• Identify compliance risks and implement controls.
• Act as Data Protection Officer and manage SARs.
• Develop internal policies and support IMS.
• Deliver staff training on compliance and ethics.
• Collaborate with IT on cyber risk and ISO readiness.
