Qualifications

  • Proven experience in PR and Internal Communications (minimum 2 years at Manager level).
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills.
  • Strong relationship-building and influencing skills.
  • Excellent planning, organisational, and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and experience with tools like Cision and intranet/CRM platforms.
  • A proactive, confident communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement communication strategies aligned with company priorities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets and industry influencers.
  • Design and deliver strategic internal campaigns on key topics.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team on campaigns and events.
  • Track and analyse communication effectiveness using KPIs.
