A leading media company in the UK is seeking a Strategic Communications Manager to enhance communications across the Publishing Business. This role involves managing strategic communication plans, leading project campaigns, and driving colleague engagement. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in corporate communications, excellent writing skills, and the ability to work in a hybrid model. As our Strategic Communications Manager, you will be working with the Publishing Communications Director to ensure that communications are being delivered through exacting communications plans and innovative two-way communications channels and therefore contribute to vastly improving colleague engagement facilitating a dialogue and engagement across the Publishing Business.
You will also develop and execute change communication plans for large-scale transformation programmes and projects.
This role offers a hybrid working model, meaning 2 days per week in our London office, and the rest working from home. Occasional travel to our Peterborough office is required.
