UK Atomic Energy Authority (UKAEA) invites applications for a Communications Lead within the Estates function, delivering marketing and engagement across major campus projects and workplace initiatives. You will coordinate campaigns across digital, print, events, and stakeholder engagement to support growth and inform staff, tenants, contractors, and communities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the communications strategy for the Estates function, including major campus projects and workplace initiatives.
• Lead integrated campaigns across digital, print, social media, events and other channels.
• Provide strategic communications advice to Estates leadership on complex issues.
• Oversee communications for planning, public engagement, tenant relations and redevelopment activity.
• Strengthen the Culham Campus brand through media and events.
• Manage external agencies, suppliers and Estates contractors.
• Build relationships with tenants, local authorities and strategic partners.
• Coordinate with central Communications on major Estates projects and media opportunities.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.
