Job summary

Lancashire County Council is seeking an experienced professional in commissioning and contract management to support the Adults, Health and Wellbeing Commissioning Team across Strategy and Partnerships and Market Management.

You will shape and improve adult social care services through commissioning, contract management, market development and service transformation, coordinating with providers, partners and stakeholders to deliver high-quality, sustainable outcomes for residents.

Qualifications

• Experience in commissioning and/or contract management.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, negotiation and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of adult social care or health services or related field.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive service improvement.
