Mondelez International Inc. seeks a Senior Commercial Finance Analyst to drive NSV growth, improve gross margin and optimise trade spend. You will partner with sales, marketing and operations to understand customer economics and support pricing and promo decisions.

Qualifications

• Qualified or finalist accountant with strong academic background.
• Experience in commercial finance, FP&A or revenue management in FMCG/consumer goods.
• Ability to influence key value drivers of a consumer business model.

Responsibilities

• Support annual budgeting and forecasting for NSV, gross margin and CM% by customer/channel/product.
• Deliver monthly performance analysis explaining drivers of NSV and CM% vs budget/forecast.
• Prepare and maintain customer and channel P&Ls with margin insights.
• Evaluate pricing and net price changes, assess promo proposals and ROI.
• Monitor trade spend effectiveness and support negotiations and terms.
• Build financial models for NPD, pack changes and market expansions.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing and operations to embed financial thinking.
