• Current registration with an appropriate regulatory body (GMC/NMC/HCPC/SWE).
• Senior clinical leadership experience in mental health, learning disabilities or eating disorders.
• Experience leading quality, safety, governance and service improvement.
• Strong strategic leadership and influencing skills; able to drive partnership working.
• Experience leading complex change across multidisciplinary services.
• Knowledge of learning disability services.
