A leading engineering firm in the UK is looking for a Project Lead to head delivery on nuclear new build projects at Sizewell C. You will be responsible for managing project strategies, building client relationships, and ensuring project delivery aligns with industry standards. The ideal candidate has a background in civil/structural engineering and proven experience in nuclear projects. This role offers the chance to drive growth in the UK's nuclear sector.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of current portfolio of projects at Sizewell C.
• Develop and own Sizewell C growth plan with value propositions.
• Reinforce existing and form new relationships with clients.
• Establish local supply chain partners supporting delivery.
• Identify and track leads in market pipeline.
• Act as lead contact for Tony Gee at Sizewell C site.
• Work on business development and sector profile development.
• Lead production of Sizewell C bid responses.
• Oversee performance of Sizewell C projects.
• Provide technical and project leadership.
• Stay abreast of industry standards and protocols.
• Conduct nuclear SQEP reviews prior to project deployments.
• Promote health, safety, and welfare culture.
