Lancashire OPCC invites applications for the post of Chief Finance Officer, a statutory leadership role at the heart of policing governance, financial stewardship and public accountability. Reporting to the Police and Crime Commissioner, you will be the PCC's principal adviser on all financial matters, ensuring robust financial management and sound governance across the OPCC and Lancashire Constabulary.

• Act as the statutory Chief Finance Officer and Responsible Officer under relevant local government finance legislation.
• Lead on all financial matters relating to the OPCC.
• Provide strategic financial advice to the PCC and Chief Executive.
• Ensure proper administration of the Police Fund and robust governance.
• Lead the development and delivery of the Medium-Term Financial Strategy.
• Oversee budget setting, financial planning, reserves, treasury management and capital investment.
• Ensure production of high-quality financial information and statutory accounts.
