Job summary

DealHub Ltd. is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to lead the finance function and work closely with the executive team. The role focuses on strengthening financial performance, improving operational visibility and supporting growth in a contract-led business environment.

The successful candidate will operate at Board level while remaining close to daily financial detail, with an emphasis on cash management, contract accounting and commercial leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience within a project-based, contracting, engineering, infrastructure or similar operational environment.
• Strong, hands-on daily cash management experience - essential.
• Detailed contract and project accounting experience - essential.
• Significant Board-level experience and credibility with senior stakeholders - essential.
• Experience in a complex business environment requiring financial discipline and commercial judgement.
• A practical, resilient and collaborative leadership style.

Responsibilities

• Daily cash management - close control of cash flow, liquidity and short-term forecasting.
• Contract and project accounting - live contracts, WIP, cost-to-complete and profitability.
• Board and stakeholder engagement - clear financial insight and challenge to senior stakeholders.
• Commercial and operational performance - improve financial visibility, forecasting accuracy and margins.
• Financial leadership - develop the finance function and oversee process improvements.
