Job summary

ACS Performance Ltd is seeking a Chief Financial Officer for a rapidly scaling, technology-led business in South London. The role is hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days WFH) and involves building FP&A and forecasting to support growth, while participating in major commercial decisions.

You will lead financial strategy with the CEO, bridging high-level planning with hands-on execution, and drive performance through modern finance tools and KPI dashboards.

Qualifications

• Strong FP&A, modelling and forecasting capabilities.
• Experience building or transforming a finance function.
• Commercial mindset with ability to influence major decisions.
• Comfort with technology, AI and automation in finance.

Responsibilities

• Act as the CEO's key partner across financial, commercial and strategic matters.
• Bring financial rigour and commercial insight to growth and investment decisions.
• Support major commercial negotiations, including pricing and economics.
• Build and own budgeting, forecasting and FP&A function.
• Develop forward-looking Board and investor reporting for better decisions.
• Establish KPIs and dashboards linking operations to finance.
• Own cash flow, capex, working capital and scenario planning.
• Lead and develop the finance team and scale processes.
