Job summary

Lincoln Bishop University invites applications for the Chief Financial Officer role to drive financial strategy, governance and sustainable growth within a transformed academic environment. Reporting to the Vice Chancellor, you will shape investments, risk management and financial systems across the University and its partners.

The successful candidate will be a fully qualified accountant with extensive executive finance leadership experience, capable of steering complex regulatory requirements

Qualifications

• Executive-level financial leadership in a regulated, mission-driven organisation.
• Translate financial insight into clear strategic choices and action.
• Sound knowledge of governance, risk, audit, controls, compliance and regulatory accountability.
• Commercially minded and entrepreneurial approach to sustainable growth.
• Experience leading finance and corporate service transformation (systems, data, reporting).
• Credibility, integrity and ability to challenge at board level.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and delivery of the University's financial strategy in support of Strategy 2030.
• Provide clear, authoritative advice to the Vice Chancellor, Council and Executive.
• Ensure robust financial planning, forecasting, reporting, treasury and cash-flow management.
