Job summary

Cortech talent solutions is seeking a Chief Financial Officer for a Dundee-based, onsite role with international travel. You will lead the finance function, drive strategy and protect shareholder value, while scaling a SaaS/AI technology platform.

The role requires a proven CFO or senior finance leader in high-growth tech, with experience in fundraising, governance and international expansion. Relocation is considered for Scotland-based candidates.

Qualifications

• Experience leading finance for high-growth tech businesses.
• Experience with UK and international operations.
• Ability to secure fundraising and manage investor relations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the finance function and provide strategic leadership across planning, reporting and governance.
• Oversee treasury, cash management and capital allocation.
• Drive pricing strategies, profitability analysis and commercial finance support.
• Ensure robust financial controls and governance to support scalable growth.
• Partner with CEO/board on fundraising, acquisitions and investor readiness.
