You will join the Executive Leadership Team to shape financial strategy, underpin excellence, and ensure robust governance across 30 schools, growing to 40.

• Qualified accountant with senior leadership experience.
• Proven track record of financial transformation and performance improvement.
• Experience leading financial governance and safeguarding in public sector/service

Responsibilities

• Lead financial operations across 30 schools, rising to 40.
• Ensure governance, compliance and value-for-money across central services.
• Shape and deliver a forward-looking financial strategy.
• Support sustainability, growth and resilience of the Trust.
