Morgan Mckinley (Crawley) is seeking an experienced Category Manager to shape strategy across a broad range of categories, overseeing £500m of annual third-party spend. The role focuses on commercial thinking, strategic sourcing and supplier management to deliver tangible business value.

You will develop category strategies, analyse spend, lead sourcing activity and contract development, and build strong supplier relationships to drive performance and reduce total cost of ownership.

• Proven experience developing and delivering successful category strategies.
• Strong spend analysis and commercial acumen.
• Experience with complex contracts, sourcing and supplier negotiations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and attention to detail.
• Confidence managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
