Job summary

American International Group (AIG) is recruiting a Capital Modelling Analyst for Talbot in London. The role focuses on developing the internal model and delivering regulatory capital reporting for UK/Lloyd's, while aligning with governance and business strategy across the syndicate.

You will work with the Igloo model, collaborate with multiple teams, and support the IMGC with model documentation and governance activities. A quantitative background and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• General Insurance experience, ideally capital modelling in Lloyd's market.
• Proficient in Igloo coding/analysis and Microsoft Office tools.
• Strong quantitative background with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of Igloo-based functionality and outputs to support the business.
• Produce Solvency UK/Lloyd’s capital reporting (S2478, LCR forms).
• Support internal model governance and present analysis to senior management and IMGC.
• Collaborate with teams across the syndicate to ensure model reflects risk profile.
• Conduct ad hoc analysis, stress testing, ORSA, and AFR as needed.
