Would you like to work in an award-winning Group Corporate Affairs function? We have an exciting opportunity to join our team working on reputation defining campaigns. Our purpose in Corporate Affairs is to secure Lloyds Banking Group’s reputation as the bank that helps Britain prosper. The Reputation and Community Engagement team leads on reputation strategies for the Group, delivering creative campaigns with impact.
As a Manager in the Reputation, Campaign & Insights team, you’ll be responsible for devising and delivering strategic campaigns crafted to further the Group’s reputation. This role offers an outstanding opportunity to lead initiatives that have the power to truly make a difference to people up and down the UK. You will oversee the planning, articulation, and delivery of essential communication campaigns. Experience leading coordinated campaigns through organisational and public channels is required. Strong commercial and political insight is also important. You’ll need a strong awareness of the external business environment and an understanding of the issues that concern Group stakeholders.
Our focus is to ensure we’re inclusive every day, building an organisation that reflects modern society and celebrates diversity in all its forms. We want our people to feel that they belong and can be their best, regardless of background, identity or culture. We were one of the first major organisations to set goals on diversity in senior roles, create a menopause health package, and a dedicated Working with Cancer initiative. We especially welcome applications from under‑represented groups. We’re disability confident – if you’d like reasonable adjustments to be made to our recruitment processes, just let us know.
We keep your data safe. We’ll only ever ask you to provide confidential or sensitive information once you have formally been invited to an interview or accepted a verbal offer to join us, which is when we run our background checks. We always explain what we need and why, with any request coming from a trusted Lloyds Banking Group person. We’re focused on creating a values‑led culture and are committed to building a workforce which reflects the diversity of the customers and communities we serve, fostering an inclusive workplace where all colleagues have the opportunity to make a real difference.
