VRS Regulatory is seeking a commercially astute Buyer to join a small, experienced procurement team in the UK. You will source a diverse portfolio of raw materials, packaging, and services, develop procurement strategies, and negotiate favourable terms with suppliers.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Quality and Operations, identify cost-saving opportunities, and help mitigate supply risks while delivering best value for the business. SAP experience and CIPS qualifications are advantageous.

Qualificações

• Experience in procurement and sourcing within manufacturing or chemicals is preferred.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills are essential.
• Experience working with global procurement teams is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Manage strategic and tactical sourcing activities.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts and commercial terms.
• Develop and implement effective procurement strategies.
• Build strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Work closely with Engineering, Quality and Operations.
• Identify opportunities to reduce costs, improve efficiency and manage supply risks.
