Job summary

Eversheds Sutherland seeks an experienced Business Resilience Manager to lead the firm’s resilience capability across its international network. You will translate policy and priority into a practical improvement programme for plans, runbooks and recovery strategies, working closely with senior leaders to ensure alignment with critical services and enterprise risks.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading business-wide change, risk, resilience or complex cross-functional programmes.
• Ability to acquire and apply knowledge of business resilience management, risk assessment, recovery strategies and exercising.
• Experience maintaining documentation and coordinating audits and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead and continually improve the firm’s business resilience management programme, standards, governance and roadmap.
• Translate risk priorities into a resilience improvement plan with clear actions.
• Develop roles, escalation arrangements and governance across international offices and functions.
• Maintain audit-ready ICO certification documentation and lead related audits.
• Collaborate with IT to integrate resilience, cyber response and disaster recovery into end-to-end scenarios.
• Deliver annual risk-based testing and exercise programmes and report outcomes to senior leadership.
