Qualifications

  • MRICS qualification or currently undertaking the APC process is preferred.
  • Strong commercial knowledge and keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills – able to communicate confidently with colleagues and clients.
  • High standards of literacy and numeracy.
  • Strong time-management and prioritisation skills.
  • Demonstrable passion for the real estate and construction industry.

Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day cost management tasks, including procurement, cost planning and post-contract management.
  • Collaborate with senior team members and support project delivery.
  • Maintain and develop cost management services and ensure quality assurance.
  • Prepare and update cost reports and financial forecasts for clients.
  • Identify and recommend opportunities for cost savings and value engineering.

ROLE DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a motivated Cost Consultant/Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic London‑based team. This full‑time, hybrid position entails the delivery of cost consultancy services for residential developments across the UK. In this role, you will work closely with clients and project teams across all aspects of a project life cycle. Typical projects will range in value from £20m to £50m.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
