Job summary

Babcock International seeks a Head of Asset Management Lifecycle Delivery to lead lifecycle asset management and set the standards, governance and frameworks that balance cost, risk and performance. The role is based at Bristol, Plymouth or Clyde with hybrid working and regular site visits.

You will oversee senior teams, drive reliability and asset integrity programs, and shape strategic asset investment decisions to maximise operational resilience and value across the business.

Qualifications

• Extensive leadership within engineering and asset management.
• Experience in lifecycle planning and asset management.
• Proven ability to develop reliability and maintenance strategies.
• Experience in asset-intensive and heavily regulated industries.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and lead complex organisations.

Responsibilities

• Defining enterprise lifecycle management frameworks, standards and methodologies to support long-term asset performance.
• Leading engineering governance, technical assurance and compliance across portfolios.
• Driving reliability, maintainability and asset integrity programs to improve operations.
• Advising executive leadership on engineering risks and asset investment decisions.
• Leading specialist engineering and asset management teams and promoting industry best practice.
