We are seeking a Strategic Advisor to join the Strategic Advisory department at Thomas and Co.

The primary goal is to provide business optimisation services for clients by providing valuable insights and hands-on support both internally and externally, ensuring that every interaction contributes to bringing our clients closer to achieving their objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Establishing and tracking KPIs with clients.
Creating tailored management reports for clients, covering topics such as financials, KPIs, workload management, project status, pain points, client feedback, customer service, compliance, and other client-specific needs during monthly management meetings.
Driving continuous process improvements to enhance efficiency.
Preparation of PL & BS forecasts and budgets, building cash flow forecasts.
Compiling group consolidated management accounts (using Excel, Fathom, Futrili)
Preparing financials for investment and funding opportunities, as well as providing scenario modeling and forecasting upon request.

Required Skills/Qualifications:

Qualified chartered accountant.
Knowledge of the cloud accounting app stack.
Industry experience
Expertise in UAE/UK tax legislation is a strong advantage
