Strategic Account Executive (Maternity Cover)

Location: Telford Head Office (min. 3 days in office)
Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00–5:30

Summary

Reporting to a Strategic Account Manager, you’ll support contract management within a defined portfolio of strategic accounts, providing customer and administrative support. You’ll help drive maximum compliance by engaging end users across the full Workplace Solutions range, including collaboration on large NHS Integrated Care Systems (ICS) accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver excellent customer support and improve the overall experience.
  • Promote Lyreco’s full Workplace Solutions portfolio & identify growth opportunities.
  • Manage admin, reporting, and contract/category implementation.
  • Support sales forecasting, product management, and risk mitigation.
  • Work closely with SAMs, Account Managers, and internal teams.

About You

  • Experienced in customer-centric / inside sales.
  • Strong communication & relationship-building skills.
  • Organised, proactive, commercially aware.
  • Confident with Microsoft Office (Excel desirable).
  • Flexible for occasional UK travel.
