Job summary

Vantage Recruitment in Castle Donington is seeking a Content & Communications Executive to join our marketing team. The role offers 1 day per week working from home, with a salary of £32-34k, and a range of benefits in a dynamic, growing business.

You’ll craft content across words, photography and video, manage social media, and contribute to blogs, case studies and customer stories. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and video tools is desirable.

Qualifications

• Around two years' experience in content creation, social media or digital marketing.
• Strong copywriting, photography and video-editing skills.
• Experience managing business social media accounts and content calendars.
• A genuine interest in social media and emerging trends.

Responsibilities

• Creating written, photographic and video content
• Planning and managing social media activity across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube
• Writing blogs, articles, case studies and customer stories
• Producing short-form video and appearing on camera when needed
• Coordinating photography and video shoots
• Spotting trends, stories and collaboration opportunities
• Monitoring content performance and using the results to improve future activity
• Keeping content consistent with each brand's tone of voice
