Job summary

Framestore's London studio is seeking an Animator to produce high‑quality keyframe animation that fits the show's pace and style. You will work closely with Animation Leads and Supervisors to craft compelling, story-driven moments and ensure consistent delivery across sequences.

The role requires experience in a similar position, strong Maya skills, and an understanding of physical motion, weight and rigging pipelines.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar animation role is preferred.
• Thorough knowledge of Maya is required.
• Understanding of physical motion, weight, balance, texture and form is essential.
• Knowledge of rigs, rigs setups, animation pipelines is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Animating both primary and secondary characters and elements.
• Maintaining ongoing communication with Production and Lead regarding schedules and deadlines.
• Working efficiently as part of a team, or independently, to complete assigned shots.
• Submitting shots for review and following up with notes and feedback.
