Stores Team Member

Permanent / Full-time: 37 hours per week (8am-4pm Mon-Fri)

As part of this, we're looking for a Stores Team Member to join our North Wales District team, based at our Llandudno Junction Depot. Reporting to the Logistics Team Leader (Wales), you'll play a key role in the day to day running of our Stores facility, ensuring a secure, safe, and reliable service for colleagues and external customers.

You’ll make sure materials used in maintaining the local electricity network are stored, packed, handled, and located correctly, operating to the highest standards of Safety, Quality, and Environmental compliance.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Take delivery of incoming goods, unloading delivery vehicles.
  • Check the quality and accuracy of deliveries.
  • Put away stock and update material management systems to reflect goods receipts.
  • Accurately pick and assemble loads for uplift by Field Staff and Contractor Partners.
  • Update Inventory Management Systems to reflect goods issues.
  • Contribute to ongoing Stores housekeeping and efficient stock location.
  • Carry out stock checks to maintain inventory accuracy.
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience working in a Stores environment.
  • Demonstrable skills in maintaining and updating MRP Inventory Management Systems.
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to maintain a clean, tidy, and professional work environment.
  • Basic IT skills for record keeping and inventory management systems.
  • Up to date authorisation to operate counter-balance fork-lift trucks (preferred).
  • Full UK Driving Licence (essential).
