Position: Stores Supervisor
Location: Thetford, Norfolk
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum

We are currently seeking an experienced Stores Supervisor to join a haulage company based in Thetford. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a close-knit team, supporting the Warehouse Managers with stock control, goods in/out, and maintaining accurate inventory records using both manual systems and Microsoft AX.

Key Responsibilities:
• Receive deliveries and move equipment within storage and warehouse areas
• Maintain stock control and update inventory records manually and using Microsoft AX
• Operate forklifts (Counterbalance or Bendi) to move stock safely and efficiently
• Use scanning devices for inventory tracking and locating products
• Liaise with customers regarding incoming and outgoing goods
• Ensure all duties are carried out safely, accurately, and in a timely manner
• Provide support to Managers, including supervisory responsibilities when required

Requirements:
• Experience in a transport, haulage, or aviation environment (advantageous)
• Valid forklift licence (Counterbalance and/or Bendi)
• Comfortable working in multi-temperature storage environments
• Ability to multitask and step up in the absence of management
• Previous supervisory experience (desirable)
• Proficient in Microsoft systems (Excel, AX) and experienced with scanning devices

Hours:
Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM
