Stores Manager – Doncaster

Aureos are seeking a stores manager to work in our stores department in Doncaster. You will control effectively and efficiently the yard/stores lay down area, receipting, checking all deliveries against purchase orders and reporting any deficiencies. Control the issue of materials and equipment to site locations. Receipt, move and return depot equipment using the Asset Tagz system. Full competency in all Microsoft Office applications is required, including Excel spreadsheets, word processing and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities
  • Control the stores and associated inventory, including on‑site issue.
  • Monitor, review and report on inventory levels by physical count, record‑keeping and visual inspection.
  • Understand all items used on overhead line works and assemble components per design drawings.
  • Inspect and verify deliveries against purchase orders and delivery notes.
  • Manage issue/return of materials, plant and equipment to and from site locations.
  • Ensure all depot equipment is returned/transferred using the correct system and safely.
  • Control all waste according to company and environmental guidelines.
  • Comply with and contribute to the implementation of Aureos policies: Health & Safety, Quality, Environmental, Ethical Code of Conduct and Drug & Alcohol policy.
  • Work within established company procedures.
  • Promote company values and standards, exhibiting appropriate behaviour.
  • Demonstrate safety, integrity and commitment at all times.
  • Maintain excellent communication throughout the team and the wider business.
  • Undertake any other duties as necessary to meet business demands and satisfy customer needs.
Qualifications and Experience

• Fully competent in all Microsoft Office applications, including Excel spreadsheet creation, formula building, damage report compilation and photograph documentation using Word and PowerPoint.
