Overview

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Stores Person. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing the flow of materials within our organization, ensuring that parts and supplies are efficiently stored, located, and distributed as needed. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our operations and be a part of a dynamic team in the aerospace industry.

Responsibilities
  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against purchase orders or other documents.
  • Safely and accurately store materials in designated locations within the warehouse or storage area.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and audits.
  • Pick, pack, and ship materials to internal departments or external customers as required.
  • Coordinate with procurement and production teams to fulfil material requisitions in a timely manner.
  • Perform data entry tasks to update inventory records and transaction logs using computerized systems.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations at all times.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a similar role within a warehouse or manufacturing environment is preferred.
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems and basic computer skills.
  • Ability to operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks (training will be provided if necessary).
